Our vision
In five years, we see ourselves becoming the number one supplier of quality homes for rent and sale in east London and Essex.
For this to happen we have to:
- increase the number of homes we own and manage to 20,000
- stay the first choice of the organisations that fund us
- set the benchmark for organisations like ourselves
- get recognition from the people who matter.
We can set the pace in the housing market by:
- making sure we give our customers what they want
- using our financial strength to help the neighbourhoods we serve
- handling really well the needs of all the groups of people we serve
- being loyal to our communities and making sure that any benefits from regeneration go to local people
- using our local knowledge and expertise to influence national and regional plans.
Our values
The biggest part we play in our Group’s work is to supply homes and landlord services to a range of customers and neighbourhoods. But we also do a lot more. We use our skills, expertise and assets to help revive and improve neighbourhoods and add to the quality of life in east London and Essex.
