Eligibility criteria

You are a first time buyer
You are able to raise a mortgage to part purchase a property
You have a permanent contract of employment
You have sufficient savings for legal fees
You have no legal interest in a property
You hold a British or EU passport or your passport is stamped with either 'indefinite leave to remain', 'indefinite right to enter' or 'right of abode'
Priority will usually be given to local applicants - however eligibility varies from scheme to scheme.
